Let me know if this is probable...

It's been a while since Ive been posting here, I'm sure I have been missed heh, kidding.

Anyway, most of you know I have a small network called www.InsomniacCash.com just 4 sites, the network is making money but its starting to drop because I really haven't had the time necessary in updating, galleries, etc.

I have approx 300-400 affiliates.

I'm really just so over busy with other projects such as my mainstream dot com which I'm working on a 7 figure VC investment, I'm getting heavy into MMA fight promotion and I'm training as a fighter myself now 5 days a week. I'm overloaded.

What I would like to know is, is it out of the realm of possibility to find someone who wants to run the network, keep it updated, setup TGP's, promotion etc in exchange for a percentage of the sites profits?

The problem is I would need someone I can rely on, who I could trust and who would do a great job for both of us. I have tons of content for all the sites, just no time. I have lots of affiliates ready to roll.

If anyone might be interested in this, please post a reply here. If you have worked with someone before in a particularly similar capactity Id love to know of your experiences.

Thanks folks.

what kind of marketing budget will you set aside or will rely on this person to take the % they earn and do that?

Squishy will do it...

Well, it all depends. I'd like to see someone hit the ground running, generating traffic, arranging partner accounts and getting new galleries made up for the affiliates. As the sites begin doing well again I would take a percentage of my cut to put into further promotions.

If things go well, I would put my profits into starting new sites and continue to grow from there.

Its a good opportunity for someone with plenty of time and know how and a desire to be a part of something with a pretty solid base for growth.

What sort of percentage? I know you said depends, still would like to see some base ranges.

50/50 split down the middle.

You will get what you pay for.

My 2c?

Benchmark monthly PROFIT over last 12 month average as it stands now and look for someone who will 50/50 ALL PROFIT above said monthly benchmark.

Agree on promotional budget from that to be shared cost.

:2 cents:

What's the location? Maybe you could get someone on-site.

bump and reminder

That's looking like a good setup over there. I'd be inclined to take you up on it but I'm over worked myself. Hit me up in Jan if you still need someone to run it.

Thanks.
It really is a great opportunity for someone with the time and experience.

If another network wanted to pick up my series of sites and make some money with them that would work too. I'm really open to ideas.
