Not the first time

Don't feel to bad. I called up Belkin Tech support not to long ago as I tried to fix a friends router. After 45 minutes of mind numbing stupidity he concluded the unit was defective. I almost wish he had hung up on me.

nah , i am nice to em on the phone... i did with a firm tone though explain 2x what the hell the issue was and for her to stop telling me to "reset" the router and that i already did that
