They are also one of the very few TPP's who run a business model which protects webmaster funds (segregated payments) in the event of any corporate problems with their operation.

Check www.member-cash.de there main site is in German but if you contact them they can set up an account for you as they have English speaking staff.
Their affiliate program and payment pages are available in English.
They are great if you get a lot of German, Austrian, swiss traffic as they offer unique payments for these countries as well as stand CC billing

I seem to remember something about that, but could be wrong.
