site had some virus code in it..

someone on another board said he got a virus warning entering the site in my sig nico-t.com... its good now it had some javascript code added to it.
Question - how the fuck is this possible? can any dickless anonymous computer nerd with no life do this to a site?

1) Scan your LOCAL computer a couple / few times for trojans
2) Change your FTP password

happend to my as well! I guess they bruteforced my ftp or something. Then they inserted a nasty script on all my index's
