I think they might be in a 2257 loophole with 'unmoderated user-posted content'.

However, I think if they added something where PornoTube staff must approve/deny a video before its shown publicly, they would be bound to 2257 laws.

its good traffic as you do not have to pay any of the BW bills
just spend a little time or cash and get videos branded really good

and you will see traffic - minimal until you really get heavy into it but it is still free traffic that you are not having to foot the bw bill on the videos

Pornotube doesnt have content not even close as youtoube has.Plus youtoube have much better video viewer.
