the funny thing is it has a amazing wireless connection best of any hotel I ever stayed at
|
the monuments are better at night. Less screaming obnoxious kids and morons.
take extra time to 'take in' all the people with signs outside the white house - entertaining folks. |
LOL at the cheap ass hotel - brings you a fan... hahaha

I always find them interesting, along with talking to vets that hang at the memorials. DC certainly has a good cross section of our country's diversity in it. Just be careful straying tooo far away from the mall, it gets scurry! Oh and if you have to take a cab, bring room deodorizer spray with you. Hatians in DC don't bathe. |
how long are you in town?
lets grab some drinnks biotch! |
the hotels in DC are pretty bad. We went to one place, and its was disgusting, so we decided to go to a more expensive place. It was not much better then the cheaper place we went to first, but we had been driving around for a good hour, and i had a hangover from bar hopping in times sqaure the night before.
If you want a hotel in DC that doesnt stink, your gonna pay $300 to $500 a night. |
I LOVED DC when I was there a few months ago. Stayed at the Sofitel Lafayette Square and it was perfect. Spent most of the time at the Smithsonian museums, rode the Metro around, went to the White House, etc. I actually thought I needed to spend MORE time there because there was so much I missed.

The first time i ever went to DC I was with my mom and my aunt. I was driving them around the monuments at night, and pulled up to a redlight, and a hooker came up and asked if i need a date. My mom sitting right next to me. LOL. Then we were at the back of the white house, at the fence, and we seen a rat the size of a cat run across the white house lawn. A couple days later there was a news report, that Barbara Bush found a large rat in the swimming pool. |
