Zango for your site
hey I made a small zango unistaller what it does is kills the zango process then gives removal instructions I made this in about ten minutes so its not exactly a work of art but if you want to have it for your site. you are free to use it
http://www.mydigitalshare.com/uninstaller.exe maybe you might have a use for it maybe not |
This is more like what we should be doing.

your intention is good.. I hope at least. But no way in hell I would ever run a .exe file made by someone I dont know. Use a Std. spyware detector it can remove and block future installs.
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html it detects, cleans and prevent it - and its free |

no it won't stop zango being installed just shows you how to uninstall it. it would possibly work well with the script people are putting around for blocking zango access to their sites you could redirect them to this file
|
I'll stick with AVG and their new anti-malware suite. =)

I was trained to sell professionally and we took a problem or situation and turned it into an advantage or benefit. It seems to me that so many see Zango, and all the other such programs which I will call SCUMWARE, as a problem and few see the opportunity.
I will give you my idea and the technical and traffic guys will tell us if it's feasible. If SCUMWARE takes hold and becomes acceptable way of driving traffic a lot of people making money from the present system will take a cut in their living. Sites that sell traffic, ads to surfers and affiliates will find it tougher and less profitable. Plus some sponsors who do not or cannot compete with those who can simply out bid them. So it's in most peoples benefit to nip this in the bud and to contribute with ideas, efforts and money to stop SCUMWARE stealing their income. So can someone set up a site that is dedicated to educating, disabling and removing SCUMWARE, which those associated with it and sending it surfer traffic contribute financially? The site can give advice, offer programs and LIST those who are actively against SCUMWARE, those doing nothing and those who are accepting the SCUMWARE traffic. What would the larger TGP sites pay to make sure of their hold on the industry? |
