It's just your time, man. Have some soup and grilled cheese sandwiches and baby yourself for a couple of days... then take some Nyquil/Dayquil and pretend you never had it.

It must be a sign . . rarely do I have Sprite in the house, but I do today.

Am I supposed to mix it all together? Or rub it on something?

Chicken soup, lots of vitamin C, and Eccinacea...and something to help you sleep at night. Feel better hon :)

Get a coffee cup.. fill it 1/2 way with southern comfort.. a bit of honey and water.. warm it in the microwave .. and then sip 2 or 3 of them..
Dr.April says you will feel better in the morning :-)

I just got over the worst cold ever :( I couldn't do anything for days I felt so shit

It's going around... Mine was a mix of BAD hayfever and congestion that made it's way to my chest.
