actually didn't he say that they just wouldn't build where the two twin towers stood?

(the twin towers each only covered an acre - of the 16 total acres devoted to the 'trade center')

I think that concept is awesome. I wonder if they can build both a memorial and the new 5 tower concept.

I like the fact that it specifies under "Vision" that the original sketch of the plans by Mr. Derek G. Turner were "penned at 4:20am on 17th February 2002"
