So one of my models is out shooting in CA for some magazine spreads, including Barely Legal. She mentioned a couple others but I don't remember (it was like 3am when we talked and I was in a daze). I'm not sure if she'll be able to plug her website (http://www.IDreamOfJana.com) or anything in it. Would anybody know how we might be able to take advantage of the magazine exposure? the magazines won't include a URL to a girl's website - only if the girl is working directly with the magazine and not through a photog like Stephen or Earl - this is what i would have suggested to you if i had known before that she was going out there - give her a last name - i.e. Jana Anderson and register that domain and redirect to her idreamofjana.com website - she'd still have to request to the photogs to include her full name and some mags would still just call her 'Jana' - which sucks.

Dawson was last month's Gallery Girl Next Door of the Month - it would have been nice if they had put her full Dawson Miller name in but guess they forgot or blew the request off - December's GND of the Month will be our model Crissy Snow http://www.crissysnow.com - crossing my fingers they include both names this time.

Yes for 1 hours work thay pay more than most sites will pay for one days work. Makes you wonder why so few here sell to them even when they have the girl.

why? if you're also doing a solo site with the girl or she already has one - if a magazine has a circulation of a million readers it would be nice if the readers who liked her knew where they could find her online. i suspect the guys who still read/buy skin magazines are not big Net surfers, i don't know anybody who still buys explicit mens magazines.

Magazines are an enormous source of traffic if you know how to use it. Some magazines are only printed as advertising bases for the phones, mail order and Internet sites on the mags owners. Magazines made more money selling ad space than they did selling magazines. Yes they are declining, but from a very powerful position.

But who cares, why shoot exclusive for some site who wants you to work all day for $1500 when you can shoot a magazine set and earn $3,000 in an few hours?
