I could be wrong, but isn't the Harbour Centre downtown the major DC in Vancouver?

Try for www.ezprovider.net as well. They are located within Peer1 but may get you a better rate since they buy bulk.

Yes, the Harbour Center is basically the bandwidth hub... But it's just a building, that won't help him without a company name ;)

I've been dealing with Peer1 since 2000, they are pricey but good :)
