:warning We had an affiliate ask me if they are getting credit for upsells from one join page to another subaccounts. I said yes I have had this set since we started FTV. Turns out there is a setting in the affiliate set up that you can "enable" and the function is still not really active.(even though you assume its going to be working) You need to call CCBill so they can get in the form admin of subaccounts and change something in a drop down box. I was on the phone with CCBill and we do not see this in our client admin. You need to make sure that both are turned on for affiliates to get credit for upsells and only one of which you can see. Some of our subaccounts were enable and some were not. This is to make sure that all your accounts are turned on.

I am not flaming anyone here. This is a FYI to make sure that affiliates are getting credit for their upsells. CCBill sponsors please call and make sure you have this set up properly on your subaccounts.

you just enable it at the webmaster admin and it's done . no need to call them .

And maybe a good question for affiliates to ask of a new program they plan to send traffic to.

To the people who say theirs are enabled.. so was ftv.. yet it wasn't, are you 100% sure your affiliates are getting credit

thanks for the heads up - I know mine are enabled, but I think I'll call just to double check.

nobody really gives a shit about this, will lose quite a big amount of money to a lot of "certain groups of people" so better to keep this conversation swept under the rug

I checked a couple of your sites and you're not upselling so hmmm?

I'm guessing most ccbill programs aren't upselling their sites. I just give them access to all sites as a bonus and people seemes to love that. Might be missing a few bucks on that, but I just don't like upsells...
