This happened in Hampton Roads where I am originally from. I don't quite understand how she could just walk away...then again...I have to remember what times these are we're living in. 9 month...full term. I am fully pro-choice...but come on...full term?

well, she didn't discover the pregnancy until it was too late to have a regular abortion (she claims) from what the article says. In that case, just give the damn thing up for adoption is my view. There are millions of people who would give anything for a new baby.

She is a murderer and should be treated as such. She got owned by her own stupidity in not noticing she was pregnant, then took it out on her baby. The maximum term for aborting is there to give people a chance to notice little things like being pregnant then having the option to act accordingly.
