Anyone can help fix Word Press plugin?

It looks fine in Old Internet Explorers and Firefox, but is totally fucked in IE7 :(

Try and check how it works if you use the default wordpress theme. If it works there, its a template issue - like it is most of the time ;./

it is screwed up in all skins
