You always need the piece that comes last in alphabetical order in Each Color..
With the Exception of Boardwalk and ParkPlace..
Like the Railroads, you need SHORTLINE
For the Color Green you have North Carolina ave, Pacific Avenue, and Pennsylvania Avenue. The last one in alphabetical order is Pennsylvania Avenue, so that is the Winning Piece.

I gave up on that years ago. It got gay. There's no free stuff anymore. When it first started you would get free shit left and right. Now you get nothing.

Holy shit at 1 in 41.5 billion chance to win LOL. You have a much better chance of getting hit by a meteorite while getting stuck by lightning during a freak hail storm in july.
FOr the big prizes, there are certain pieces that are rare. For example there may onlly be 5 boardwalks in existance. Its no easier than playing the lottery
The funny thing is that of the rare pieces, most probably end up on an old people's items and not even noticing the pieces on their cups, they throw them out.
