If you're making decent money, hang onto it. You'll probably make more than what anyone here would be willing to buy it from you for.. even if you do nothing more to promote it.

3 months earnings = $30*30*3 = $900

- which is what you should ask for unless you dont think its going to make that much. Chances are it's ranking will change in that time though. Depends on how long its been making you money.

Yes, the stats are accurate. But there's more info if you go back a little:

July 1-4: 115 hits, 10 signups
June 16-30: 88 hits, 5 signups
June 1-15: 8 hits, 0 signups
May 16-31: 27 hits, 0 signups
May 1-15: 0 hits, 0 signups
All of April: 8 hits, 0 signups
January - March: nada (new site, I assume)

I hope you don't mind me posting all this, but anyone who is going to make a serious offer would want to know anyway...

So, the question now becomes this: Are your July stats a trend that is going to continue into the future? Or were the last few days a fluke (or you and your friends clicking around a lot and pulling out all the crtedit cards)? There's really no way of knowing yet. I guess only time will tell.

I'm still interested, but as I said in my email to you, I'd want to wait another week or so before making a fair offer.

Seriously, if you *honestly* believe that the domain is going to continue to make 30 bucks a day (with no effort from you)....then why bother selling it for a quick hundred bucks, when you could make much more than that in a few months?
