Good Unix Resource Site

I have like 10 bookmarks worth of unix sites, anyone one know of a real good one that covers most of the commands

No I don't, but something that might be helpful, and for some reason a lot of people don't seem to know about it, is the apropos command.

Y'know how everyone always starts teaching UNIX by teaching the MAN command? Well, the man command is only helpful if you already know the name of the command you want to learn.

apropos will help you figure out the name of the command you want to learn.

Try 'apropos network'

It will give you a list of commands related to networking, and a quick summary of what they all do.

kenny,
We have a pretty good guide on-line at http://energyhosting.com/linuxguide/.

And/or you can always get a dedicated server from EnergyHosting which would make things even easier ;)

cool command, I never had someone teach me anything about unix. I got a dedicated server and my host was like "Here use this shell". I have been trying to keep my head above water ever since.
