ccbill trackers
 
After emailing ccbill two times and not getting a reply for several days i decided to ask here
Does anyone know how to use their trackers?
In admin area i see how to add them, delete, edit and view stats.
but i can't find anywhere linking instructions on how to use them...
anyone?

go with a real processor like ibill, jettis, globill, verotel, epoch. STAY AWAY FROM CCBILL, they will fuck your world over.

I have switched to ccbill from globill and I'm very happy with the results.
The fact that they didn't reply on my questions about trackers - oh well it happens everywhere.

Have you tried all of them "ibill, jettis, globill, verotel, epoch" and compared to say "STAY AWAY FROM CCBILL" ? i doubt so....so why bash CCBILL if you don't know the subject?

After you add a tracker in the admin area it should give you the linking code to use. It should look something like http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...0000&PA=314033 and the last set of numbers is the trackers ID.

Who are you emailing at CCBill? And who is your account rep?

You should know who your account rep is, and you should have his telephone number. If you have a problem or question, contact your rep directly. I talk to our rep nearly every day. Our rep has also given me a list of other people I can deal with at CCBill if I can't reach him............

orcall their 888 number, there's always someone there, or talk to your rep...

as far as the tracker code, a crash course, use the code they give you and add a &HTML=http://www.whereveryouwant.com/whatever.html to send them to a page other than your main page of your site

RocHard usually I email [email protected] and always have my questions answered within an hour but this time it wasn't so...but i don't blame them it happens everywhere.
as for my account rep. I don't even know who is my rep nor i have his email or phone ## ...I'm new to ccbill just switched to them recently from globill.

I've just been going through all the CCBill stuff to implement it for a customer. It looks like they've improved it quite a bit. We started using them as a backup processor about a month after they started, and the integration was shit.

I'm resigned to the fact that all adult billers, no matter how corporate they wish to appear, are never going to compare to mainstream billers with regards to technology, and integration methods. shit.
