I use something along those lines for some of my non-adult sites (http://www.dailyhumor.net - http://www.acecheats.com/) simply because I use jokes, funny pictures, and cheats. I think it applies there a bit more than a TGP.

A TGP is basically saying "I'm stealing your god damn content, and I hope you don't find out about it...but if by chance you do, tell me so I can save my ass!"
