Sad thing is he might have had a better chance of surviving if he had not pulled it out. Sucks that it happened and I seriously doubt it will ever see the light of day...

Yep. Probally in the panic he felt it was better not o have soemthing with poisin on it in his chest. Of course the barb being basically a serated knife probally shredded his heart as he pulled it. He probally still would have died , but he'd had a better chance if he had left it in. Ironic that if that barb had hit almost anywhere else on his body( except maybe his head ) he'd more than likely would have survived.

It's not like the stinger broke off and was just sitting in his chest. He pretty much had no option, as it would have been a quick puncture... stab & dash shanking - prison style.

They said they are not going to release it. The last I heard the coroner had it and was going to destroy it when he was done with it.

I don't see anything wrong if they just keep the clip instead of destroying it.

It will come out eventually. There hasn't been a famous death caught on tape or in photos that wasn't released.... Diana, OJ murder, JFK, etc... it all comes out.
