I don't know where they went. But I can't continue what I was working on until they setup what I asked them to.

so hard to find a good host anymore from i can take from everyone:( down time even with the companies who say 100% uptime no tech support half the time

what the adult realm needs is a damn good adult host 100%uptime with back ups to back their 100% up 24 hour tech support not some damn computer asking you to push buttons and speak louder cause it didn't hear you, sounds like a big task he he :Graucho

I second that -- I use both of them and both rock.

No doubt most all US host companies are running on skeleton crews today and little 'extra' work will be done. It IS a Federal Holiday after all, and for some odd reason people want this day OFF. :Graucho :winkwink:

I know not everyone is going to be there today. But when nobody is there to setup just simple tasks that take 2 minutes on their end, I don't like it. It's not professional.

It may be a holiday there, but for me it's a normal business day as usual, but it's being halted because of my host. Ok, I need some good alternative hosts. I like the looks of isprime and likewhoa, but are they any other topnotch ones out there that are professional?
