Is that the best response you can give? I can only assume it is, as I haven't seen an honest debate coming from you on any valid point given thus far. And no, I am not a bit interested in your program. In my six years in this business I have come across many many ways to make a quick buck and have avoided any of them that step across ethical lines with my webmasters and/or surfers. While it's not out of the question that temporarily you may effect our sales, in the long run you will be like every other gfy flash in the pan and sizzle out.

While this plays out I will be removing any links to any program that I hear of using this software. How many people will post that Yankscash took down their links, none, however I hope that some other honest people stand up and speak their mind on this topic rather then supporting Zango out of greed, fear or both.

I looked at your program earlier and I didn't see anything at all in your TOS that you don't allow scumware.

Furthermore, you say that 3rd party links are not monitored, checked or verified, or whatever wording you used. You could be promoting installs without even knowing it if that's true.

Missie, my terms and services are ALSO meant to cover my many member and user forums that operate under the Yankscash flag and the outgoing links from those forums. While all are monitored round the clock, lawyers tend to like to cover things well. My incoming links are tracked and my bookkeeper never issues a first time webmaster payment without a quick overview of where the sales come from. I am in this to make money, so I don't shut down every $30 memberships and its subsequent payout that slips thru from an "unknown" referer. I do however do my best to keep out tactics that I feel hurt this business in the long run. I appreciate the detailed investigation and comments though, if you have anymore, fire away. :thumbsup
