Yes a Trojan could do all that you listed. A trojan could also install adware.

By definition a Trojan is a malicious program disguised to be or embedded with legit software. Trojans can range from turning the system into a bot, to installing adware (what you are doing).

So tell me, how are you going to get people to click on the exe you have with the adware installers? Tell them "Hey click here to install spyware on your system". Or are you going to hide the fact of the payload through deception and lies?
