I am just below the club limit at 6 foot... BUT if I eat a big meal then I am just barely in it...

When I was in College...

Drink 4 nights a week....eat like crap...work out a couple days a week...

Hehe. Not quite, but it's not this year, that's for sure! They told me to report to football camp at 230, or "don't report," and I went on a binge to make weight. I should have told them to shove the contract up their ass, but hey -- that's life. At least the *majority* of the extra weight converted to muscle, even if it left some fat.

245 this morning.. 3 years ago was 275 and last year was 215.. going to try to lose 40lbs before xmas this year. Hate feeling big during the winter.

Chemo and the fuckin' steroid drugs fucked up my metabolic rate. trying to lose 60 of the 240 pounds for months. I think the only way is to eat only fucking lettuce and tomatoes and run my ass off at the gym!:(
