mcdonalds salads have sugar in them so i'd stay away if you're on a diet.

lately I think mcdonalds has the best, of course I don't diet, so I don't care what all they put in them, they just are damn good :)

I always thought the same thing but I tried one of the Taco Salads at Wendys once and it was pretty damn good.
