Issues should be taken to the board first or last?

Should people take thier issues to the boards first or last?

I thought the idea of the boards were to help everyone stay informed about business situations that might effect them...

It seems like the current situation is, people come here to talk about everything but business (Consumption Junction for Webmasters?) and a few programs spam their newest shit (spam is a harsh word... they mention their latest press releases)...

I thought this was a place of business...
A place for useful information...

Why is everyone so affraid to take shit to the boards? Is everyone crooked as fuck?

I think it depends.

For example, I was missing a bank wire. I post on the board to see if anyone else on the board had experienced the same problem, or if I was an isolated incident.

However, you have some chicken little's who bring it to the board before even calling, e-mailing, or writting anyone.

Then you have the other group who have exhausted everything privately, and their last ditch effort is taking it to the boards.

I bring stuff to the boards for your first reason... I get to see if it is isolated or industry wide. Then when I do talk to the sponsor about the problem and they say, "Everything looks good on our end," I can show them the thread or quote certain other affiliates and say, "That isn't good enough of an answer, WTF is going on?" Then they actually look into the problem because now they know it isn't isolated.

It's the crowd's constructive opinion that matters most, so it should be heard last. :pimp

Last.....

It depends on the issue. There are some that can be settled off the board and there are some that require other's helpful advise.

Drama should be brought definitely at last, when there's no other way.
News, asap.

EVERYONE in this industry needs to remember that this is a business, and bringing drama to a board can result in a lawsuit.
