America spent two million dollars over 2 years to find out why the head is larger then the shaft. And determined that it was for mans pleasure.

France didn?t like our study so they did their own study, and spent three million dollars over 3 years. And France determined it was for the woman?s pleasure.

Well Canada didn?t like any of the results so they did their own study. Canada spent $40.00 on 5 cases of beer, over two weeks. And determined that the head was larger then the shaft so your hand doesn?t slide off and hit you in the head?
