Sorry about that GirlZ.com site sir. Its my own site, and you know "carpenters build beautiful homes, but can't build their own beautiful house" It is a personal project in the works, I just need to have more time on making it beautiful. But on the other hand, I can just make it as simple as possible, for faster loading just like my mentor's webpage hoes.com Its the content that counts. You may have that flashy, beautiful, webpage. but your surfer has a hard time waiting for it to load. I think surfers just need the meat and the links to those meat, not a lot of garnishings that is often left out as leftovers.

yeah its harsh. but comments are like that. but it makes us work better. that is what we need of site owners that trust us to do stuff on their sites. It is better to hear those harsh comments upfront from the site owners so we can make improvements.

It's a fair comment, if you are putting yourself forward as a professional then you need to ensure any site you have looks that way. I am not saying your work is bad or anything negative at all, jpg's do not need to be of large file size in order to have good quality.

Ok, I am really going to sound harsh here but I have to say it the new site is not much better then the first. I love working with my thumbnails, all my thumbs bar the larger pics are 5K or less not the 11K you have on your example site.

To tell you guys the truth I was hesitant to post here, because I have been reading this thread before and I read a lot of deals involving us Pinoys gone bad, so very bad. But my American boss ordered me to try here, and I said if they (site owners / possible clients) learned that we are a team of Filipinos, Im afraid they will back out because of the negative reputation we have here.
My American boss said: It's up to you to change that reputation.

Since we have existing clients here, who can back up our reputation as a team, so here we are to stay and try to change that negative reputation of Pinoys here.

I've done it before and I'll do it again. This team can be trusted. The work is good and done in a timely manner. Jo is one of the nicest guys I've ever worked with.

hey _jo_ how many galleries your designers do per day?

we could do alot of them. we have an in-house made gallery generator, we just need to create a gallery template and supply the images to be used and it will create a gallery for each of our tgp partner sites each with its own receipt links. As for the gallery template each designer can create 3 to 5 simple designs a day or 2 to 3 impact designs a day.
