Who offers the best SMS (mobile phone) billing services?

Looking to get in touch with a processor, thirdparty who does sms billing, charge to mobile phone for usa, canada, europe.

Who is out there, I find a ton of results by searching, but want some real live feedback. Looking for something solid, not verotel please.

what are you looking to do? I have a solution in the US but it really depends on what you are looking to sell.. and how you are looking to hit the customer for charges...I will be more than happy to discuss this with you...
