They don't ban them, they simply popup a screen letting them know this website might try to install spyware.

With an interstitial page like that, you might have a hard time getting sales. A surfer wouldn't trust the site. As Jon mentioned in the other thread, it's affected his sales AND a big loss in traffic. The middle page they show is this for example:

Suggestions:
Return to the previous page and pick another result.
Try another search to find what you're looking for.
