Almost 100% certain that a major company has CP on the front page right now
 

They're cam vids, and if the girl is older than 16, I am Mickey Mouse.

The company is a major one, but known for theft.

Here's the dilemma:
Posting links would be against the board rules. I can't accuse them without proof, though. What to do?

The thing is, if these vids are indeed CP, it means that this particular company is as scummy as ever, and webmasters should know - so they know not to promote them.

The vids in question, btw, are home cam vids. They were pretty big on p2p a while back (and are one of the reasons I don't simply look for "cam" anymore on p2p). On this particular site, however, they have strangely appeared with the URL of yet another website on.

There is still a chance that the girl is indeed over 18, but that chance, in my view, is extremely small.

post the page tour or splash page, let us decide for ourselves, but only if it is a major company...if it is smaller company you might hold off, just for the fact that the tour might not be as well known, but if it is a larger company, the tour is already out there and people are promoting it

don't link the tour though, just tell us what it is and we can go type it in ourselves

Since GUBA is such a reputable company, with the ASACP button on their pages and all, these vids must be legit, right? There is absolutely no CP here. Ignore the thread title, these vids are 100% legit.

I publicly apologize to GUBA, and would like to make it clear that I do not believe that they even have a single CP vid or image on their site.

(warning before clicking: I was absolutely 100% wrong when I called these vids with this 30+ year old woman cp, so clearly, I often make mistakes. I could be mistaken again, in which case, clicking these links would be a very bad idea indeed)

If a site is using content sourced autonomously from usenet then sooner or later they're going to be charged with publishing CP.

report them to the www.asacp.org and they can check into it.

This was just brought to my attention. This is exactly the reason why we're moving away from USENET. We'll pull the image and if you ever see something like this in the future, please use the flagging system on any of our pages or feel free to shoot me an icq. That's the fastest way of dealing with this.

Fastest? Forget fastest. The proper way of dealing with this is reporting you to the proper authorities.

There is absolutely no legitimate excuse you could come up with for using underage content.
