Any DESIGNER that can guarantee results?
 

I was wondering if there's any designer out there that could guarantee a minimum CTR for galleries. Let's say: 5%, which some people say is an average click through ratio.

I've seen a couple before but I can't seem to find them.

I'm looking to get a lot of galleries designed, so this is quite a big oportunity for the designer.
