most of those number are entirely too large to be true. 2.2million pharma orders is a shitload. either its bullshit, old, fake, or from a good number of differant sources.

quality over quantity. specially in this day in age. i know of 100k lists that can pull a couple grand per mailing. and 40m lists that might pull $100.
