Question about Copyright Infingement
 

Hey all,

I have a question concerning copyright infringement some of you may have an answer to. Okay, so I have a site linking to a few of my favorite TV shows that are hosted on a site like YouTube. Today FOX Corp emails me telling me to remove all of the links to series owned by them.

I'm not actually hosting the series, just providing a link to view them. How is that illegal? Shouldn't they be required to pursue the YouTube site owners? :helpme

From my understanding, you are providing pretty much the same service as google etc.

BUT they have a LOT of money, and if they want to they can make your life a living hell... Think carefully about what you want to do.
