They sold it for $1.00 to a group of private investors...They sold it to themselves, and will continue to operate the business in the US. The only reason public gaming companies pulled out of the US is because their shareholders, who took huge losses, will jump on the oppertunity to sue the company/directors for doing something illegal (e.g. operating in the US).
