Domain guys.....question????

How acurate is Leapfish for valuing a domain. I figure not exact, but I was curious if its generaly close. I've got a domain that it values at 150k. I know that its to high, but when I look at what others have sold for and use the tool it seems to be colse. Your thoughts???

I just tried to appraise a $100k domain and it says its worth $54,00
( yes, 54 bucks )

Moniker.com provides appraisal services recognized by IRS - not sure what they charge, but they are behind the live domain auctions - one will be held at Internext.:)
