Question about Epassporte

Has anyone ever noticed this problem with Epassporte?

You get an email msg in your Epassorte e-mail saying you have new funds deposited... but yet the funds don't actually get added to your account?

It's not fake or spam...It's payment from one of my sponsors.

Does anyone know the best way to get ahold of Epassporte customer service?

They don't answer their e-mail.

Hi, my ATM card expired 10/06. I did get this mail 1 Oct.

"Your ePassporte Visa Electron Card has automatically renewed and you have been billed for the renewal. ePassporte will send a new Electron card to you in the mail."

It's 13 Oct today and I still haven't recived my new card. Does it usually take this long?
(Im in Sweden btw..)
