Well that always helps but when I started I had ZERO traffic. I bought leeds and sent out email (I still do that when I need a little boost) but mainly I developed my own search engine traffic.

In all seriousness, as more and more consumers use online for other commerce besides porn the market will only grow. I know from personal experience the amount of things I do online now that are non adult (from the consumer end) has increased 10x in the last few years.

that doesn't help. of course its common sense to get into a small niche which is what you seem to be saying but how the hell do you get the traffic?? you can build a great site, no one will see it so you can't get natural links then. where the hell do you buy mainstream links? how can you get big established sites to even want to sell you links? there is simply no traffic delivery method that i can see when you're starting from nothing.

In order to make the mainRIVER work for you, you will have to leave behind 'some' of the things that you find true in adult.

It is very possible (and sometimes insanely easy) to create enough traffic from ZERO to maintain. Remember you do not have to have 100k a day uniques to blow up the bank.

Porn traffic comes looking for FREE looks and mainriver traffic comes looking to buy, buy buy BABY buy!

In many cases you can take 5k a day and turn it into more money than you have ever made in porn. You are dealing with 1:30 or 1:50 ratios versus 1:3500.
