Nastydollars CumFiesta Celeste - Anyone else get the email?
 

Another young porn model wants her history erased from the net and her boyfriend is helping her. Sound familiar? Fucking pisses me off when people won't take responsibility for their actions. Yeah.. they say in the email that it's a saftey issue and there have been stalkers, but how the hell am I supposed to know if they're just blowing smoke or not. And when will these idiots reliaze that making legal threats in their very first email is NOT going to make them any friends.

But here's the thing that pisses me off the most. No direction / emails from Nastydollars on these issues. A few years back there was another chick that had emailed saying she had been tricked into her shoot. Email to Nastydollars about what to do with her content etc. went unanswered. So we took it down but after a year or so we put it back up again because everyone else was still promoting her.

Recently I went thru some of the ND sites and noticed that quite a few girls have been removed from the sites. I've never received any emails about not promoting them. One in particular (that appears to be somewhat popular) is still on some of their promotional material.

How about dropping us some emails about these things ND, especially if there are legal issues.

Nasty doesn't do email (support), they prefer to work silently...

They seem to have the proper contracts, I bet they only remove the girls for their sites to avoid any publicity they don't want...even if they know they could keep the content up forever. So why mail their webmasters, if there is no real (legal) need to pull the content everywhere...removing it from their own sites seems to be well enough.

Anyone else get the email as well?

Uhhhh why does it matter if the model is no longer on the site? If they ask you take it down for legal reasons, ok, but otherwise, why would you care?

It's not revshare, so a sale is a sale, regradless of whether the visitor is disapointed.

The issues is that since ND doesn't send out emails one way or the other about removing models from the site, I have no idea whether there is a legal issue or not.. i.e. have they ever removed any because it was found they were underage?

If the model was underage, trust me, Nasty (or any other company) would be working dilligently to get the content removed.

Model remorse is NOT a valid reason to remove content, unless the model is will to pay each and every person involved for their time and effort to remove that content (which I really doubt would ever happen).

Now, that being said, it wouldn't hurt to cycle out some of the content and put up fresh now and again?
