new stove question
 
got the new stove installed today finally
after a huge run around


well now i turn it on .. fucking smells like shit .. dude told me cuz it is new...
i dont want to fuckin cook on it and have the foot have a strange smell taste


wtf should I do?

hahaha my wife said the same thing

but i guess it is just the "new smell" thing

the place i bought it from said let it turn for an hour and it should fade away or bake some cookies lol

from what i read it's normal for electric ranges to smell during the first few operations of the oven

call the manufacturer to be sure.... i'm sure they have a 1-800 #
