anyone can recomend me a good software to use on my sponsor for webmasters support?

i would like to recive some recomendation.

i prefer an html based software, but anything would do: mailing tickets, or online chat

Depending on your needs, the two 'well known' choices are PerlDesk, or using Remedy to roll your own. Remedy takes a hell of a lot of care and feeding, and is overkill for this, though.
