any offshore design services have experience with creating myspace graphics/layouts?
 

I'm looking for a full time person to design custom myspace graphics/layouts.

the glitter-type graphics, custom layouts, contact boxes etc... those comment-type gaphics that people post on their pages.

I guess they don't have to be offshore, but I am not trying to spend more than a few hundred bucks per month at most and those places are usually in that range.

I don't need super high quality, but for this type of work it is not neccearly needed so anyone is open for this if they are interested.
