Does your car stereo play mp3 cdrs='s?
I bought a new Mitsubishi for my GF and the stock Stereo/CD player had a little mp3 insignia on it.
I burned 147 mp3's on a cdr and it plays perfectly. I'm jealous. |
yup mine does
|
get one with an ipod hookup or plug in and have thousands of songs at your fingertips, make her jealous
best thing since sliced bread |
Mine plays DVD Rs and DVD RWs. 800+ smokin' mp3's per disc. :thumbsup

Get yourself one of these babies:
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_2944.html I've got one and it's probably the best investment I made car-wise. |
Ipod attachment all the way, 5500+ songs on demand in my car
|
The problem with the iPod is that the screen is too small and navigation might get clumsy. The bigger the display, the easier it will be to find your way around a sorted 800+ Mp3 disc, especially behind the wheel.
|
Yeah, my girlfriend's does -- she has a nice one. The one in the BMW is stock, as I saw no reason to replace it (and it's integrated into the DVD navigation). My BMW hooks up to the iPod, though, so there isn't much use in playing MP3's off of CD's, I guess.

Mine plays everything, although I use my IPOD for everything.
|
My stock speakers that came with the car, did not.. but I use the ipod anyways.
|
Yep! I have a Blaupunkt in my Lotus - MP3 CD's rock on for about 12hours per CD
