Its really pissing me off - I put in 200 and played for a few hours, got bored and cashed out $190 - they approved it and then sent an email saying it was a mistake and I had to play another 2000+ bucks!!

Thats what I thought - I had a $20 bonus but that was more than played off.

They said it was 12 X the money I put in and the bonus.
