On a positive note, one of the planes was a DHL carrier with only a 2 man crew.

michaelw 07-01-2002 08:59 PM

why are planes equipped with all sorts of gadgets, radars, etc when the damn pilots cant read them?

Maybe this is a better comparison...

Lots of mail, parcels, packages, etc. or 138 lives.

Hmmm, most of my sponsor checks come by DHL!

ChrisH 07-02-2002 03:03 AM

There were 44 children, and 10 adults on the Russian plane. The other one was a DHL cargo plane with only 2 on board. Pretty fucked up!

Hurricane 07-02-2002 03:11 AM

Blame it on the Russian`s :BangBang:
I belive they was drinking vodka :drinkup and dansing balalaika:GFYBand instead of flying the god damn plane
Its a shame that something like this can happen in 2002 :sadcrying

If it were the American's they would have accidently dropped all the mail.

"If it were the American's they would have accidently dropped all the mail."

... kinda doubt that, there were no canadian soldiers on the ground ...

ChrisH 07-02-2002 06:29 AM

There was a Canadian, and a Brit in the DHL plane. I don't think the Russian plane was flow by a foreigner though.
