New company (NoLimit Productions Inc.) looking for investors
 

Hi we are a new company in the webcam business (NoLimit Productions Inc.), looking for potential investors. We have 12-15 beautiful models with full photo shoots/videos ready to start working asap. We also have most of the equiptment (computers,camcorders, etc) needed to start our studio.

We are looking for:
2-3 long term investors (min $10000USD) to get our 6bedroom studio up and running. We will need money for insurance and to pay the girls the first 2 weeks. Starting of we will have 10-12 girls working per day (with part time girls for sat/sun), each model will average 150-300$ in a 6hour shift.

Investors will receive"
5% of the company shares
10% of profits per room (6 rooms)

Investors will probably want more along the lines of 10-15% of revenue, not profit.

agree, profit can be pennies, revenue is the overall picture. An investor wants his money back, not whats left over after profits..

Dude you do this every 45 days and get owned.

The investment/partnerships I've been involved in have always taken off the gross. Though its always been my option to return it back into the company to grow, if the project starts to go south you can regain what you can if its going good why not dump it back in?
