It's a helicopter and that area is really populated with helicopters because of rush hour traffic. There is also a helicopter pad right down the street. Doesn't look like terrorism.

Looks like a small fire. Apparently it was a helicopter. My guess is it was an accident.

Probably just a stupid accident the media is running wild with due to the latest tensions. Anybody remember 5 years ago after 9/11 some kid in Florida flew his plane into a building and everyone went nuts? And whatever happened with the plane that crashed in a New York neighborhood that same week?

The speed of news is just as bad as it is good.

Interesting to note, NY has a long history of this. A plane slammed into the Empire State buuilding years ago - taking out 3 floors and a handful of people.
