PR Banned and Not Banned?

I discover one of my Blog PR4 sites now shows 0/10 today, I'm not doing anything wrong or blackhat that I'm aware of, but when I type in the name into google it still comes up as a known site.

Doesnt Blacklisted sites NOT come up on a search under their name?

it wont be indexed if its banned. it wouldnt even have pr0. mabye you lost some backlinks, or mabye you used a different url. if you leave out www. the pr will be totally different.
