Google Adsense not targeting keywords?
Anyone know what to do when Adsense is targeting ads that don't have anything to do with the site it's on?
|
It just so happens that I am wrestling with that exact same problem myself tonight.
I noticed that if I take away the www. from the url, adsense generates a new batch of ads that are relevant to the pages content, but that doesn't solve the problem. If you go back to the www. page, the same irrelevant ads remain. I've tried clearing my cache and a number of other techniques that I though would work, but to no avail... :Oh crap |
maybe play around with the keywords on your site, use <h1>

Play around with your keywords. Sometimes you just have to wait a day. If all else fails, just send an email to Google. They will help you.

Google adsense have protection system against targeted keywords.Well i can only say try to use more keywords.

I've had limited success with this problem since I posted before. What I did, was to put different sized ads on the page. It works if I just put one different one, but as soon as I add a second ad block, the ads jump back to both displaying irrelevant ads again.
