blogs vs. tgps
 

which would you recommend for someone starting up new? a blog or a tgp.... im hoping to do most of my earning from submitting my galleries to other tgps, with either a tgp or a blog of my own on the side

If submitting then tgps, if you know some seo or have a lot of patience to learn it then blogs imho.

so if im gonna be submitting then i should have a tgp of my own?

Blogs can be TGPs.... infact thats the way it should be.

If you are submitting galleries which have the recip of your own tgp/blog, then you should go for your own tgp, cause you have tgp traffic and they will be disappointed when they land on a empty blog (compared to tgp) when they click on a recip.

blogs are a lot simple to create nowdays, as you can get them free in blog site sall over the place + you dont have to worry about the number of pages, just basically post stuff.

TGP/MGP probably need more work, but as you can probably see, there are a lot of automated scripts that make your life a lot easyer.

Blogs depend alot on good text, since they are a perfect way to get search engine traffic by their structure. If you are willing to write alot, go blogs. If you are running a blog like a TGP and just post heaps of images or galleries without much writing, you are better off with a real TGP.

No, blogs should have original, entertaining content to make users want to return again and again. TGPs should be slathered with FHGs and hope you get enough clicks to make a few bucks. It's about quantity vs quality.
